Finding My Weight Loss Support System


My husband is one of my biggest inspirations, especially when it comes to working hard. I’ve seen him go from wanting to learn how to play golf to winning tournaments on the Amateur tour. And to get there, he put in hours of practice and was completely dedicated to the sport. This year I’m doing my own transformation—going from someone who sits on the couch to one who hikes, bikes, and has really made friends with fitness. It’s not easy, but hard work truly does pay off. I may not be coming home with any trophies, but I’m a winner in my husband’s eyes—and in my own.
