Milking soy for all it's worth

My nutritionist, Katherine Tallmadge, R.D., sings the praises of soy, explaining that it's a good source of protein and helps keep my cholesterol in check. As a result, I've been snacking on edamame and incorporating tofu into my stir-fry. Knowing I like sweet treats every now and then, she recently suggested I try chocolate soy milk. So I bought some last week and my whole family loves it. James Wilson drinks it with his crazy straw and thinks it's the best treat ever. I couldn't agree more. It's tasty warmed up in the microwave (like hot cocoa) or poured into iced coffee—something I think I'll be doing all summer long.
