My Fit it in Fitness Tool


I recently purchased a treadmill for my house so I could spend more time working out. It really comes in handy when the weather is bad and I don’t want to commute to the gym. It’s also nice to have the option of jumping on for 20 or 30 minutes when I have an opening in my schedule instead of having to plan my gym time carefully, factoring in an extra hour of drive time.  

I typically like to exercise in the morning but my work schedule doesn’t always allow for it. The great thing about having a treadmill in my house is that I can hop on it for a quick run after work and still have time to eat dinner and unwind with my boyfriend.
