I’ve found a new way to make my cardio workouts go by faster. I’ve rolled my elliptical into the living room and I sweat it out while watching really bad reality TV shows I’ve taped. It works like magic—before I know it I’ve gotten through two episodes. I typically try to do it in the morning so I’m done with working out before the sun even comes up. I know from experience that trying to fit in exercise every day can be a major stumbling block for a lot of people.
