Sneak-it-in Holiday Fitness Plan

In the past, when work or school got busy, working out was the first thing cut from my schedule. But now I make staying fit a priority. For example, I came up with a plan to avoid cutting back on exercise during the holidays, which is when I work longer hours at Ocean View Board Sports. Instead of trying to find 30 minutes straight to dedicate to exercising, I’m breaking it up into three 10-minute chunks. And I am also working more than one muscle at a time. For example I’ve been combining squats or walking lunges with bicep curls. In the time it takes to do one set of exercises, I’ve done two!

What are your ideas for staying on track during the season?
