Sore winner

Tommy Houck, my trainer at Gold's Gym, is trying to kill me. Well, not really, but he's certainly causing me a lot of pain. We've been meeting three times a week for 20-minute strength training sessions. When he first set up that schedule, I was skeptical that I'd see results with such short workouts. I was wrong. Each time we focus on one muscle group (chest and back, legs and abs, or arms and shoulders). When heโ€™s done with me, whatever body part we focused on feels like rubber and is sore the next day. But I keep reminding myself: No pain, no gain! It's been just a few weeks and I'm already noticing that my thighs look more toned, I have definition in my biceps, and there's a little tricep muscle peeking out that looks fabulous.
