Thinking slim

During this week’s session with my life coach, Michelle Hastie, we talked about how before I can see the number I want to on the scale, I need to be in the right frame of mind. This isn’t about forcing myself to stick to a super strict program, it’s about finding ways of eating and exercising that I can do for the rest of my life. One way to go about this is to make decisions as if I were already at my goal weight. How would a slim, healthy woman eat? How active would she be? This is my journey, and while I have lots of professionals helping me out, I’m the one who’s the expert on me and I need to figure out the best way to get to my destination. Realizing that I’m in charge is actually really empowering! I can’t wait to show you what I’m capable of.
