The temperature has been going back and forth between cold and hot here in California, which for some reason gives me a stuffy nose, sinus pain, and pressure in my head. All of that makes it tough to work out. Also my trainer was super-busy and with my crazy schedule, we couldn’t find a day to get together this past week. I worked out on my own as much as I could—tissue box and decongestant nearby! I also took my trainer’s advice and got as much extra sleep as possible this week (which basically meant snoozing until my puppy started yowling). I hope I feel better soon so I can up the intensity of my workouts. In the meantime I’m going to try these 6 foods for deep sleep.
