Hi everyone! I thought maybe we could do some sort of blog to get us all motivated and on the right path towards our weight loss goals. I know my problem is that I get frustrated with my progress and things go down-hill from there. I need something or someone to pick me up when I can't do it myself. My goal is to lose about 35 pounds that is 'left-over' after having my two children. I just want to feel like me again. How about everyone else?
