Who Should Do Pilates

People of any age can do  Pilates and  it does not matter whether you are a novice beginner or an accomplished athlete.  Everyone can benefit.  In my dvd's there is always  a modified version of each exercise to accommodate any age or weak areas of the body.  If you are consistent with your Winsor Pilates exercise at three times a week. after ten times you will feel different, after 20 times you will see differences in your body and after thirty times everyone else will see the positive changes.
If you are more than 40 lbs over weight it is alway best to consult a doctor before taking on any new exercise program.  Winsor Pilates is very safe and is good for the body and mind.
