The Best Yoga for After a Bike Ride


I love me some SoulCycle, and ever since Citi Bike came to New York City, it has been my absolute favorite mode of transportation, but every time I bike, my body craves yoga.

This routine is for all of you cyclists out there—unwind your spine, open your chest, hamstrings, hips, and all of those spots that your love of spinning might tighten up. Take deep breaths and enjoy!
