Cleansing Yoga for a Natural Detox


Everyone can always use a reset, a reboot, or a detox. This is a yoga routine you can do anytime, anywhere, to literally wring out the toxins from your body, mind, and spirit.

As you inhale, visualize creating space and length, and as you exhale, visualize getting rid of everything that is no longer serving you—anything you no longer want in your body or mind.
