Hi so im new here and i need some tips first off its pretty easy for me to drop like 4-5 pounds BUT then i guess i feel like it will just keep dropping off so i loosen up on my eating then i feel bad so i guess i just stop everything (wii fit is what i do and walking) so what motivates you to keep the discipline. Also for any runners who HATED running what was it that motivated you ??? Thanks!
