A big congrats to Pink who gave birth to a healthy baby girl yesterday. She and her hubby Carey Hart named their bundle of joy Willow Sage Hart. While obviously this new mom will be taking some time with her little one before hitting the gym again, we have no doubt that within a few months Pink will be back working on her post-baby fitness. What workouts do we expect to see her doing? Her favorites of course!
Pink's 3 Favorite Workouts
1. Martial Arts. Known as being a tough chick, Pink's workouts aren't easy. She likes to punch and kick her way to being fit and strong!
2. Pilates. With amazing abs, it's no secret that Pink likes pilates. However, while Pilates does focus on core strength, it's fantastic for building upper- and lower-body strength, too!
3. Beach runs. Pink isn't one for always having to go to the gym or working out with a trainer at the same time every day, so she mixes fun beach runs into her workout schedule. Not only do these runs burn calories and build cardiovascular endurance, they're a totally beautiful way to spend an exercise session!
