ICYDK, charging your crystals is a way to make sure they're ready to be used for healing. Some people do this by exposing their gemstones to sunlight, or by placing them next to other crystals. But have you ever heard of charging a crystal with moisturizer? It's a real thing. "May seem crazy but don’t underestimate putting your creams on crystals to add a little extra energy," Hudson wrote in a February 2018 Instagram post, alongside a photo of her La Mer moisturizer perched on top of what appear to be a few amethyst crystals. Hey, whatever works, right?

KKW became interested in crystals after she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris back in 2016. "I was really inspired by healing crystals when, after my Paris situation, all my friends would come over and they’d bring me healing crystals, and I didn’t really know anything about them," she told Ellen DeGeneres in November 2017. After learning about the energy and spirit behind the stones, Kardashian-West was inspired to use crystals in her perfume line, KKW Fragrance. "It's about calmness, healing, and good energy," she explained.

Miranda Kerr all but surrounds herself with crystals. She told The Cut that she always keeps one in her handbag, another in her bra, and she designed all of her Kora Organics products to be filtered through crystals (specifically, rose quartz) before they reach store shelves. What's more, the story behind how she got into crystals in the first place is super sweet: "My grandfather used to give them to my grandmother and she really treasured them," Kerr told The Cut. "He ended up bringing her so many that in the back of their house, they had this weeping willow tree and at the base was a collection of crystals that he had gotten for her. I used to climb that tree every day when I was a child and thought, they’re magic."

The Dancing With the Stars champion loves to meditate with her crystals. "I really do believe in the Earth's energy," she recently told MindBodyGreen. "So I have some really Earthy stones and then I also have some very spiritual ones as well, very light ones. When I practice my meditation, I put a healing stone around my sacral area. I always send my love down there instead of hating it, and being angry and being disconnected [because of my endometriosis]."

She says they help her "stay connected to the Earth, our universe, and just nature in general." Her favorites? Rose quartz for self-love (she enjoys taking a bath with the stone, along with some sea salt and oils), lapis lazuli for communication (think meetings and auditions), and smoky quartz for protection (particularly when she's traveling).

If you know anything about Heidi Pratt outside of The Hills, it's probably that she and her husband Spencer are very into crystals—so much so they built an entire business called Pratt Daddy Crystals. While it's hard to say whether the curated crystal collection came about as a genuine passion project or as a way to climb out of debt, the two clearly believe in the healing powers of these stones. When Heidi gave birth to their son Gunner Stone back in October 2017, Spencer made sure she was surrounded by $27,000 worth of crystals, including "an amethyst geode to emphasize healing, a pink rose quartz to activate love and a golden citrine to promote prosperity and eliminate stress," according to Us Weekly. "Gunner first saw his beautiful mother and then looked to his left and saw the most beautiful crystals," said Spencer. "I was like, 'Worth it for the magic!'"

I was out of practice and I was busy being a Mum," she said. "But it was one of the best shows I’ve ever done and I had these bloody crystals in my hand."
