"Motherhood doesn't slow us down."

Kate Hudson is the definition of #fitspiration. But recently, the founder of Fabletics and WW ambassador took things to a whole other level.

Her friend Erin Foster took to her Instagram Stories to show the actress breastfeeding her 3-month-old daughter, Rani Rose, in the middle of a workout. The 39-year-old is seen getting her sweat on with MIRROR, a digital smart mirror that displays live and on-demand workouts including cardio, strength, yoga, Pilates, barre, boxing, and even stretching.

"Motherhood doesn't slow us down," Foster wrote alongside one of the images where Hudson appears to be mid-lunge.

Hudson's motivation comes as no surprise given her recent Instagram post, detailing her mission to reach her "fighting weight" after giving birth to her third child. "I'd like to try new workouts and eat as healthy as I can," she wrote at the time, adding that she wanted to lose 25 pounds. "I wanna do all this and keep up milk production, raise my kids, work every day, make time for my man, have girlfriend time and stay sane."

It seems like she's doing just that-and making it look so relatable and realistic. To all the new moms out there, remember that losing the baby weight takes time. If you need proof, read Keira Knightley's essay about the reality of childbirth to understand how taxing it can really be. So don't fall into the trap of society's unrealistic expectations of returning to your pre-pregnancy self overnight. Take things one step at a time and remember every woman, body, and mother is different.

Did you know that a study from Stanford University revealed that habitual runners got fatter with every passing year? Very few people realize that exercising too much can be counter-productive. Short workouts of around 21 minutes can give you all the weight loss benefits of longer workouts without the negative side effects. Long workouts increase the levels of the stress hormone cortisol in your body, which actually force your body to go into “protection mode” and makes it store fat. These unique bodyweight exercises will give you all the weight loss you desire https://bit.ly/bodyweightburnnow
