Works: Abs, shoulders, chest, glutes, arms, legs, hamstrings

Equipment: Exercise Mat; hand weight; swiss ball; step; dumbbells

How to do it: These moves work the abs, shoulders, chest, glutes, arms, legs and hamstrings. All exercises should be done in a circuit. If you're at 'expert' level, complete 3 circuits; 2 if you're at 'intermediate' level.
