Works:  Mid-section, glutes, legs, back, shoulders

Equipment: Jump rope; exercise mat; medicine ball; dumbbells

How to do it: These moves work the mid-section, glutes, legs, back and shoulders. They should be done in a circuit. Complete five sets without resting in between.
