If you're on TikTok, chances are you've seen the latest viral dance trend set to Lizzo's new hit song, "About Damn Time." Since the release of the song in April, users on the app, including Lizzo, have recorded themselves dancing to the soulful track so much, the hashtag #aboutdamntime currently boasts more than 460 million views. Even celebrities are getting in on the fun, including actress and professional dancer Jenna Dewan, who recently posted a video of herself dancing to the song on TikTok.

"About Damn Time I hopped on this trend," she wrote in her caption. (See what she did there?)

In the short clip, Dewan crushes the dance in her bathroom while wearing jeans and a gray sweater. She starts the dance with a few claps as Lizzo sings, "It's about damn time." Then, she seems to effortlessly move her way through the song's now-famous dance. (Related: Jenna Dewan's Self-Care Routine Involves Meditation, Nachos, and a Warehouse of Crystals)

Dewan's fans seemed to love every second of the video. "I've been waiting for you to do this!!! 🔥🔥🔥💖💖💖," wrote one follower. "Yes own it girl🥰," said another.

ICYDK, in addition to being an actress, Dewan is also a professional dancer with an impressive resume. The Step Up alum started her career as a back up dancer for Janet Jackson. She also worked with celebrities, such as Christina Aguilera and Missy Elliott, before she even got into acting. Back in January of this year, Dewan reflected on her favorite moments as a dancer in a post on Instagram.

"I not only had one of the most incredible experiences of my life touring with Janet but she also showed me just how powerful a woman can be while still having unwavering kindness and respect for everyone around her. Truly an experience of a lifetime," she wrote in the caption.

With this in mind, it's not surprising she can casually give a 10 out of 10 performance of a TikTok dance challenge in her bathroom. But you don't have to be a trained dancer to participate in the latest TikTok dance trend. Who knows? If you post your efforts on the app, Lizzo might even post a TikTok of her dancing with you.
