Fitness has been a way of life for Karlie Kloss since way before she walked her first Victoria's Secret Fashion Show runway. She's a fan of Pilates, ballet, and boxing, but the supermodel turned to running when it came time to get VS runway ready. (See how you can channel Karlie Kloss' workout vibes at the gym.)

"I just ran the [NYC] marathon and that was one of the greatest physical and mental challenges that I ever willingly signed up for, and I'm kind of addicted to it now," she told People backstage at the 2017 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Shanghai. "I want to do it next year and maybe run another one in between. I've always dreamed of doing it and it was tough, but it was a great way to train for this runway."

Running has a ton of health benefits, even for those not training for the world's most famous fashion show. It's been shown to help treat depression, reduce stress, and improve your memory. (Not into marathon training? You don't actually have to run very far to reap some major health rewards. One study shows that running 6 miles a week delivers health benefits and minimizes the risks that come with longer runs.)

Kloss likes to think of herself as an athlete and maintains a rigorous workout routine and healthy diet year-round.

"I think all of us treat ourselves like athletes and we're constantly traveling and on the road and all of us to train and have the energy to do our job and to work out and feel strong you have to eat properly and really fuel your body and your mind," she told People. "I'm looking forward to a delicious meal after the show, though-I heard rumors there is going to be pizza so I look forward to that!"

Tune in to CBS on November 28 to watch the entire show at 10/9 Central.

Did you know there is a thing called the "cellulite set point"? For example, some women can be around 23% in body fat and not have an ounce of cellulite. But, if their body fat level increases, that’s when they start to see the lumps and bumps. So, if you keep your body fat levels low enough, cellulite won't be a problem for you anymore.
