You don't need weights to get a serious arm workout.

Say whatever you want about the Kardashians, but there's one thing you can't argue with: These ladies know how to be creative with their workouts. That's especially true for Khloé Kardashian, who's constantly sharing ways to use fitness gear. She combines battle ropes with Bosu balls, doubles up on kettlebells, and wears workout-enhancing clothes. To be clear, not every single thing a Kardashian promotes is legit (see: Khloe working out in this garbage bag), but we're definitely down with her latest obsession: resistance bands.
The star shared a new upper body workout video on her app with five resistance band moves, and it looks like a legit challenge. Resistance bands are often associated with light aerobic workouts and looked over in favor of weights. But with the right moves, they can provide an intense burn.
In the video, trainer Don Brooks takes Khloé and Kourtney through a series of solo and partner moves. (Khloé told us about her and Kourtney's "sister workouts" with Brooks and the rest of her fitness routine in her cover interview.) The workout consists of a series of 30-second intervals that add up to last about five minutes in total. The routine includes basic moves like biceps curls and triceps extensions, but they get creative too. For part of the workout, Khloé and Kourtney hook their bands together and use each other as resistance. At one point their bands are attached and each sister is holding hers with one hand while twisting and jumping.
