Level: Intermediate

Works: Chest, shoulders, arms, abs

Equipment: Exercise mat; medicine ball; bench; barbell; dumbbells

How to do it: All exercises should be done consecutively with a one-minute rest and stretching in between. Complete three sets for expert level and two sets for intermediate.
