Celebrity trainer Phong Tran, who has worked with Sarah Michelle Gellar and her husband Freddie Prinze, Jr., created this workout so you can get those long, lean, strong and toned legs you've always dreamed of.

Warning: this one's a toughie-plan on being sore for a few days! All exercises should be done consecutively. Complete three sets for expert level and two sets for intermediate.
