How To Get Adriana Lima's Beach-Ready Body
Summer may be slowly drawing to a close, but there's still plenty of time to hit the beach! Victoria's Secret supermodel Adriana Lima was recently spotted on the beaches of Miami chasing after her daughter Valentina. Not only is this Brazilian bombshell a mom, she's a super-fit mom-just six months after giving birth, her runway-ready figure was back. So what's her secret?
It turns out Lima is a fan of boxing. While the Victoria's Secret Angel has tried everything from spinning to yoga, she lists boxing as her favorite workout. To get back in shape post-partum, she boxed for two hours per day, six days a week at the Aerospace High Performance Center in New York City.
Lima also admits that in the weeks leading up to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, she cuts down on carbs, increases her intake of vegetables, and adds protein bars and shakes into her diet.
