Moves to Get a Butt Like Pippa Middleton

1. Try the Single-Leg Bridge. This move is effective because it targets your glutes, your thighs and your core. To really target your booty, make sure that your knees stay apart when you lift up. You'll have a booty like Pippa's in no time!

2. Use added weight. To get a strong butt like Pippa's, it's important to really challenge the muscle. Do this by using a weighted ball when doing traditional butt exercises like these.

3. Enter the matrix. Basic lunges are great, but matrix lunges are better for working that butt and your entire lower body. Working in more directions and targeting more muscle groups means a tighter, stronger booty like Pippa's!
