There's no question that Kelly Ripa is hot, hot, hot. The question is, how does she stay so fit? Ripa works out at home several times per week and does moves like push-ups and crunches – with a twist. By adding a prop like a medicine ball, or by leaning against a counter, she adds resistance to traditional moves. That's in between running, doing yoga, aerobics and pilates. And she lifts weights!
She also keeps healthy snacks like Goldfish crackers, fruit and Greek yogurt on hand when the cravings strike. It's paid off – the busy mom of three and TV host is one fit lady.
