Have you ever tried working out like Ashley Graham? We can tell you firsthand that it's anything but easy. The model and body positive activist has proven time and time again that she's the ultimate badass in the gym. She's shown us that cardio doesn't have to suck, and she's crushed full-body workouts that will have you feeling sore just watching. This week, Graham shared how versatile she's willing to be with her workouts by taking a class that's a little out of the ordinary.

In a series of videos, Graham showed herself doing some aerial yoga, naturally looking like an Instagram-worthy acrobat. "This is called the mermaid position," she wrote alongside a still shot of her suspended sideways in the air. "But I definitely didn't feel like Ariel because my core was on FIRE!!!" she added. (We have a feeling doing crunches mid-air might have had something to do with that.)

Between hanging upside down and doing splits, Graham proved that aerial yoga is no joke. As we've reported before, the moderate-intensity workout can really help to sculpt your arms, back, and core; that's why celebrities like Chrissy Teigen and Pink consider this unique workout to be a go-to.
