"I don't work out to lose weight or my curves."

From speaking out against the plus-size label to sticking up for cellulite, Ashley Graham has been one of the most influential voices in the realm of body positivity over the past few years. I mean, she literally has a body-positive Barbie made to look just like her.

That's why it doesn't come as a surprise that the former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model has no patience when it comes to the internet trolls who've been body-shaming and insulting her on Instagram.

The 29-year-old decided to share a very important message with her haters after receiving a series of harsh comments on a video she posted of herself working out.

"EVERY TIME after I post a workout video I get comments like: 'You'll never be skinny so stop trying,' 'You still need your fat to be a model,' 'Why would you want to lose what made you famous?'" she wrote.

She then added: "Just for the record-I work out to: Stay healthy, feel good, get rid of jet lag, clear my head, show big girls we can move like the rest of 'em, stay flexible and strong [and] have more energy. I don't work out to lose weight or my curves [because] I love the skin I'm in." Amen.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Graham has received some flak for taking care of her body. Last year, internet trolls charged at her again, shaming her for not being curvy enough after she lost a little bit of weight.

Celebs being slammed for being too curvy, then too skinny is nothing new. But it's refreshing to watch Graham stand up for herself time and time again. Until this harmful cycle comes to an end, check out these other celebs who've given the middle finger to body-shamers.
