Roughly a month after giving birth to twins, Ashley Graham is finally ready to introduce her baby boys into the world.

On Thursday, the model and mom of three took to Instagram to share the first photo of her little ones — and reveal their names. In the intimate pic, Graham is lounging on the couch, holding one of her boys against her shoulder while breastfeeding the other. "Malachi & Roman 🤍," she wrote in the caption. "My boys have been the greatest teachers and biggest reminders that I can do hard things. this has not been easy, but it's so worth it. still can't believe I have 3 children 🤯 can't wait to share my birth & postpartum journey with you all soon ❤️."

Back in January, Graham revealed in an Instagram Story that she had given birth to her "happy and healthy" baby boys at home. "I'm taking some time to heal up and connect with my husband and three boys, but I truly can not wait to share more with you all," she wrote in the IG Story.

Graham, who shares the newborn twins and two-year-old son Issac Menelik Giovanni with husband Justin Ervin, isn't afraid to open up about the realities of childbirth and postpartum life. In February 2020, just one month after giving birth to Issac, Graham shared that she opted for a natural home birth with the help of a doula and midwives, and although it was painful, it taught her just how strong she can be. "I have to say, now that I gave birth and I did it naturally and I felt everything, I feel like there's nothing I can't do," she revealed on her podcast Pretty Big Deal. "There's nothing that could come my way where I say, 'Oh, that's too hard, I can't handle that.' I went through laboring for six hours naturally at home."

A few days later, the body positivity advocate got real about the "messy parts" of recovery that new moms go through — including having to wear disposable underwear. "Raise your hand if you didn't know you'd be changing your own diapers too🙋🏻‍♀️," she wrote in an Instagram post. "After all these years in fashion I never could've guessed that disposable underwear would be my favorite piece of clothing but here we are…I wanted to show you guys that it's not all rainbows and butterflies!"

Given Graham's willingness to get vulnerable with her followers in the past, she'll surely share deeply personal updates on her postpartum journey and the challenges that come with raising three youngsters in the coming weeks. And in this post and future ones, she's reminding all the new parents out there that they're not alone in their struggles — or the happy moments.
