There's no denying that Ashley Graham is one of the most relatable celebs out there. Ever since giving birth to her son, Isaac in January, she's been nothing but honest about motherhood and everything that comes with it. Not only has she opened up about feeling "invincible" after having a natural birth, but she's also talked about the "messy parts" of postpartum recovery.

Graham has also been candid about breastfeeding, often sharing intimate photos of her nursing her son at home and out and about. Recently, the first-time mom took to her Instagram Stories to share that she was going live with her personal trainer Kira Stokes (one of many trainers sharing free at-home workouts during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic). In the video, Graham wore a nursing bra and was actively pumping while speaking to the camera.

Later, after receiving tons of questions about breastfeeding, Graham let people in on the exact products she's been using.

For a nursing bra, Graham said she "loves" the Sublime Hands-Free Pumping and Nursing Bra (Buy It, $50, kindredbravely.com). The all-in-one bra is described as a "game-changer" for postpartum moms, combining the best features of nursing and hands-free pumping bras. Other mamas have given it over 800 5-star ratings, raving that the versatile bra can be worn for pumping, nursing, and everyday life, making wardrobe changes unnecessary. The bra is also said to fit all standard pumps, so you don't have to worry about spilling milk.

BTW, there are other nursing bras that come in a bustier style, if that's your jam: The Lansinoh Simple Wishes Hands-Free Breast Pump Bustier (Buy It, $28, target.com) provides similar multitasking support, and it comes with an adjustable back panel to help you maintain the best fit over time. (

Next up on Graham's list of favorite breastfeeding products: the Spectra S1 Plus Electric Breast Pump (Buy It, $200, target.com). The hospital-grade breast pump's compact size makes it super easy to transport, and it comes with a rechargeable battery that lasts up to three hours—meaning you can move around while pumping instead of being stuck near an outlet. Reviewers say they love the pump not just because it's easy to move around with, but also because it's quiet; yet it still provides great, pain-free suction and speed, according to reviews.

In addition to sharing her go-to products, Graham gave her followers a tip when it comes to pumping breast milk: do it even if you think you won't necessarily use the milk at that moment.

"I try to [pump] at least once or twice a day," Graham said in her Instagram Stories. "Even if I'm just putting the milk in the freezer to save for when I'm not around, if Isaac needs it, for when I'm busy. But it also is keeping my supply up." It's true, BTW: Pumping more frequently—even if each pumping session isn't that long—is one way to potentially help increase your milk supply, according to Parents.
