Less than a month after the trainer's heart attack, he's back on the treadmill for a different kind of workout.

Less than a month after suffering a heart attack, Biggest Loser trainer Bob Harper is working his way back to health. The unfortunate incident was a harsh reminder that heart attacks can happen to anyone-especially when genetics come into play. Despite maintaining a well-balanced diet and rigorous exercise schedule, the fitness guru wasn't able to escape his predisposition to the cardiovascular problems that run in his family.

Thankfully, Harper is feeling much better and giving his fans an intimate look into his recovery. In a recent Instagram video, the 51-year-old shared a post that shows him on the treadmill during a doctor's visit for a stress test.

"Well while all of my @crossfit family is getting ready for 17.3 [a CrossFit workout], I'm walking on a treadmill doing a stress test," he captioned the post. "Talk about starting back at SQUARE ONE.I plan on being the BEST STUDENT. #heartattacksurvivor"

He's also opened up about expanding his diet to make it more heart-healthy. "My doctors have suggested more of a Mediterranean Diet," he captioned another Instagram post. "So tonight's dinner is branzino with Brussel sprouts and I started with a salad."

While it might not be the type of workout this elite trainer is used to, we're happy to see that Harper is on the mend and sticking to his doctor's orders. We have a feeling he'll be back to his HIIT workouts and CrossFit WOD's before he knows it.

I've never been able to do that before in my life. and for once in my life, I truly believe in myself. I don't know that I ever did before, at least not without someone else to reassure me of it. I am really surprised with the huge great articles on this magazine,and I believe lemons should be an important staple in every diet.I used to have big problems with weight loss tips, but am getting in better shape now.
