In case you missed it, Planned Parenthood provides many health services beyond abortions, including contraception, cancer screenings, and STI testing. In fact, abortions make up only 3 percent of the services that the nonprofit provides each year-something addressed on Sunday's episode of KUWTK.

In the episode, Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney spoke to women who had received services at Planned Parenthood. One woman told the sisters her story of getting tested for STIs with her boyfriend and finding out that they were both positive for HIV. "They [Planned Parenthood] were compassionate and understanding, and they told me, you know, your life isn't over. This is manageable. You can live a normal life with this," she shared. During the show, the three sisters spoke in support of the organization. "The perception of Planned Parenthood is that it's like this abortion clinic," Kim said. "That's nothing like what it's like. Hearing that firsthand really made it real for me." Kourtney agreed, adding that hearing the women's stories was "eye opening."

"I think people need to be more educated before they form opinions, and that's what I'm grateful that I had the opportunity to do today," Khloé added. (Here are other celebs who have shown their support.)

The episode was filmed in May, shortly after the House passed a bill with a provision cutting federal funding for the organization. The future of our country's health care system and how Planned Parenthood will be affected is still up in the air. But by pointing out how the services at Planned Parenthood help women, the Kardashians made it clear they #StandWithPP.
