We know Kate Middleton is an advocate for physical health-she's been spotted hiking in Bhutan and playing tennis with British champion Andy Murray's mother. But now she's taking on mental health, along with her husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry, in a new campaign dubbed Heads Together.

In partnership with several charities, the initiative's greater effort is to eliminate any stigmas around mental health. "The Heads Together campaign aims to change the national conversation on mental well-being and will be a partnership with inspiring charities with decades of experience in tackling stigma, raising awareness, and providing vital help for people with mental health challenges," read a statement from Kensington Palace. And this isn't the first time the Duchess has spoken out on the matter: Earlier this year, she released a mental health PSA specifically directed to younger kids. In the video, which reportedly had over half a million views on social media alone, Middleton says what we should all be thinking: "Every child deserves to grow up feeling confident that they won't fall at first hurdle, that they cope with life's setbacks."

Now Middleton, along with Princes William and Harry, are taking on the adults too. Check it and tune into the PSA below, which features a few other familiar faces besides the trio of royals. And make sure you watch the whole thing-the ending is pretty great.

But most important, though, is one point Middleton makes in the PSA: "Mental health is just as important as physical health." We couldn't agree more. We'll also take a few of those awesome teal sweatbands, please.
