She's been documenting her fitness routine after giving birth.

It hasn't been that long since Khloé Kardashian broke a major sweat-she shared her intense workout plan when she was well into her pregnancy-but returning to her routine has still proven to be a challenge. Yesterday, Khloé documented her first workout after giving birth and shared the experience with her Snapchat followers. "I'm exhausted," she said in the video. "But it feels so good to finally sweat again and feel like I'm evolving and doing something progressive for my body and my mind."

"It is a struggle getting back into the groove of working out, oh man," she continued. "Mentally I'm strong, but physically it's just not the same." She added that coordinating working out and breastfeeding her daughter True has also proven to be a challenge. "You know, True is so great, but still I can't predict if she's going to sleep for the first two hours or if she's hungry."

Today, Khloé returned to Snapchat for another update, sharing that she was feeling sore and about to go in on cardio. "So day two, let's see how this goes," she said. "I hope it's a little better than yesterday. My ass and thighs are so big now that I am now wearing my sauna suit on the bottom, so I hope that sweats some of it off." Earlier this week in a post on her app, Khloé shared that she had gotten the go-ahead from her doc to start exercising again. She was itching to return to her usual workout routine-particularly after catching a paparazzi photo of her butt, she shared. "I'm super excited because my doctor finally cleared me this week to work out, and I'm going to meet with Coach Joe!" she wrote, speaking of trainer Joel Bouraïma. "I've literally been counting down the days. I'm actually proud of myself for not being as big as I assumed I would be, LOL-but I'm ready to start getting my body back and feeling mentally clear again." While Khloé seems to be pretty focused on the aesthetics and "getting her body back," she's also emphasized how much she's looking forward to bettering her mind by working out again. In fact, Khloé has always been vocal about the mental health benefits that come along with exercise. After her weight-loss transformation, she asserted that she turned to fitness "as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever," and that her workouts aren't "all about vanity" but "clarity for my mind and soul." And it's those mental health benefits she'll be able to experience instantly as she gradually works on her physical gains-since there's no such thing as "bouncing back" immediately after having a baby. One thing's for sure: Now that Khloé's started working with Coach Joe to help her get back to feeling confident and strong, we're confident she's been working hard. After all, he's the same trainer who we've seen take her through intense circuit training during KUWTK.

Given her enthusiasm, we have no doubt she'll be back to her days of battle ropes, TRX, and heavy lifting soon.
