Khloé Kardashian has long been vocal about her love of fitness: She's shared numerous booty workouts and graced the cover of Shape, where she opened up about her 35-pound weight loss. That's why it doesn't come as a surprise that the reality star has been keeping up with her workouts while pregnant.

Shortly after the 33-year-old announced her pregnancy on social media last week, she began sharing videos of her pregnancy workouts on Snapchat. But people have been criticizing the mom-to-be for staying active while pregnant. Naturally, she took to Twitter to give everyone a much-needed reality check. "For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden," she said, using the face-palm emoji. "My doctor and I communicate, and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended."

She ended her post by saying: "Thanks, kiddos! Don't make me stop sharing sh*t," along with a link to an article on FitPregnancy.com that details the benefits of exercising while pregnant.

ICYDK, exercising is super healthy for both you and baby. Along with making labor and delivery easier, it also helps reduce morning sickness and boosts your energy levels.

And while pregnancy isn't a great time to try new things or push your body to its limits, you can usually continue doing the workouts you've been doing before you got pregnant (yes, that includes CrossFit), as long as you have the okay from your doc. Keep it up, Khloé.
