Kourtney Kardashian may have three kids, but the girl's body is insane. If you follow her on Snapchat (or watch KUWTK) you know that she works out 'almost every day' with her trainer Don Brooks, and sometimes sis Khloe. As she shares on her website, she starts every morning workout with a quick run or jump rope to warm up, and then mixes up the rest of her routine and equipment depending on the day. According to her latest blog post, her current exercise routine is all about resistance bands.
