Lady Gaga Has the Perfect Response to Body-Shaming Twitter Trolls

During Lady Gaga's epic Super Bowl halftime performance, some trolls took to Twitter and made nasty comments about the singer's barely-there 'belly'. While several of her fans rushed to defend their idol, Gaga kept her silence until last night.

In a heart-warming post, the "Million Reasons" singer shared a picture of her performance and thanked her fans for their endless love and support. She also took a jab at her haters by making it clear that she loves her body and that they should love theirs too. (And as for the criticism Gaga 'copied' Pink in her performance? Those haters can sit down too.)

"I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I'm proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too," Gaga wrote. "No matter who you are or what you do. I could give you a million reasons why you don't need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed. Be you, and be relentlessly you. That's the stuff of champions. Thank you so much, everyone, for supporting me. I love you guys."

Keep doing you, Gaga—and thank you for reminding us to #LoveMyShape.
