The newest Bond girl, Stephanie Sigman, is hot, sure. But she's not just eye candy for 007; she's a badass in her own right. The relatively unknown actress has appeared in the short-lived FX series The Bridge, where she played the girlfriend of a hitman; the Mexican drama Miss Bala, about a beauty queen forced into helping a gang carry out illegal activity; and the underwater thriller Pioneer. She's already primed for her role as Estrella in the Bond franchise's 24th flick. (See 10 of Our Fave Bond Girls: Then and Now.) Since we know we'll be watching her alongside Daniel Craig when Spectre comes out November 6, we wanted to get to know her a bit beforehand. Luckily, her Instagram account is a wealth of knowledge-especially when it comes to finding out how this Bond girl gets in shape.

To stay in fighting shape, she spends a lot of time in the boxing ring.

And while traveling, she hits the hotel gym.

In LA, she'll take her workout outside, working with a trainer and using props like resistance bands and a skateboard to tone up.

Like everyone, she has those days when it's a struggle to work out.

Her hard work pays off with serious abs!

But, thankfully, she knows that a girl has to indulge every once in a while.

We're excited to see such a healthy, strong woman score this big role, and can't wait to see her in action!
