The actress just spent four days at health and wellness hot spot The Ranch in Malibu

If Rebel Wilson isn't the embodiment of the #LoveMyShape movement, well, we're not sure who is. Not only did she just publicly profess her love of Spanx (let's be honest, Spanx are one of the world's greatest achievements) at the MTV Movie Awards, but she's spent the better part of her already-blossoming career preaching body love and acceptance. Which is why we were stoked to hear that she spent some time after the event at The Ranch 4.0, a wellness resort within the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village in California.

"OMG just finished 4 fantastic days at #TheRanch4.0 challenging but very rewarding!" she captioned her pic on Instagram. "Not to mention I lost 8 pounds from marathon hiking over the 4 days! Unlike The Ranch at Live Oak, the wellness retreat's main outpost, 4.0 features "a Thursday to Monday stay that is specifically designed for those unable to be away for a full week but still have the desire to loseweight, discover more facts about their physical health and learn sustainable nutritional habits," according to the company. Which seems perfect for a celeb like Wilson, who snuck in her "me" time in between rehearsals for her upcoming project (that would be a Little Mermaid concert, and, yes, this is still real life). But she wasn't just lounging poolside; the daily routine at The Ranch consists of eight to 10 hours of rigorous exercise per day-including four-hour morning hikes-and a well-curated, plant-based diet of 1,400 cals per day. During Wilson's stay, meals served included cauliflower steak and kale pizza, which sound pretty delicious, don't you think?

So we're not surprised Wilson was excited to share that not only did she have a refreshing, rejuvenating stay (she called out her masseuses, after all), but she also lost a whopping eight pounds. And while we don't think she needs to lose anything, we're glad she's feeling healthier after her stay and proud of her body. Because that's what really important. (Psst...
