It's back! The 9th season of Project Runway debuts tonight at 9 p.m. EST. We're excited to see what the new contestants will bring us in the world of innovative design, and of course, to see what everyone's favorite judges will like (and dislike!). In honor of the new season, we've got Heidi Klum's workout routines.

Heidi Klum's Favorite Workouts

1. David Kirsch's Total Body Plan. When Klum wanted to lose her pregnancy weight, she went to celebrity fitness trainer David Kirsch for advice. What does his total body plan include? Lots of core strength exercises like lunges and squats as well as shadow boxing and weight-lifting.

2. Yoga. Klum has been spotted practicing yoga in Central Park at times with big-time yoga enthusiast Russell Simmons.

3. Running. When Klum's not boxing or doing yoga, she runs at least for at least 45 minutes each afternoon on an inclined treadmill or elliptical.
