Breakfast: Wellness Shake
This really is the best way to start my day. My shake has a fantastic amino acid profile and best of all, no soy for protein. I like the vanilla flavor and usually add chocolate syrup. When I want to be a bit more healthy, I opt for the kale and banana combo.
I love quesadillas and cheese, but I'm allergic to gluten so I opt for organic corn tortillas. It's so quick and easy and you can add any topping to compliment the dish. I made this dish with organic cheddar cheese and topped it with a red and yellow cherry tomato salsa with cilantro.
Snack: Chocolate Bar
I may like chocolate, but like all of the food going into my body, it needs to be organic. This brand is top quality and taste for me, which are equally important. It's nice to reward yourself with chocolate that's coming from a good, trusted source. I love to eat this snack just about every day.
