First-time Olympian Ajee Wilson is officially heading to the 800m semifinals after finishing her heat in second place (right behind South African 2012 silver medalist Caster Semenya) this morning. At 22, she's already had an impressive track and field career, including three USA women's 800-meter titles and a silver medal in the 2016 World Indoor Championships, but a medal in Rio would seal the deal for Wilson, who's currently the number one-ranked 800m runner in America for 2014 and 2015. (Watch our Q&A video with Wilson to get to know the track star better.)

Clearly, Wilson knows a thing or two about fitness, but we put her running-specific knowledge to the test to see if we could stump her. Watch the full video to see how much she really knows, then tune in tomorrow to see Wilson in the semifinals, where she's sure to kick some serious ass. (In case you were wondering, we already know her pre-race ritual: "As I'm getting ready, taking my shower, and getting my clothes on, I like to have "I was Here" by Beyoncé on loop.")
