What 90210's Jessica Stroup Eats (Almost) Every Day

Almond Butter: The 90210 star loves almond butter on top of Gala Apples with a touch of sea salt. "It's perfect for a healthy snack," Stroup says.
Raw Veggies and Ranch: Stroup counts crunchy vegetables as one of her favorite snacks. "Just imagine they're fries!" she laughs.
Clif Bars: The nutrient-packed energy bars are perfect for the gorgeous actress when she's in a major rush. "They kept me alive in Ethiopia," she says.
Vegan Protein Drink Mix: Who needs sugary juices or soda with this perfectly healthy drink! "I am crazy for OptiCleanse GHI in the chai flavor," Stroup says. "Just add water in your blender bottle. It's delicious and super healthy."
Water: Stroup stays hydrated with H20. "On set I have a lot of coffee…so I try to chug water before going for that next cup," she says.
Quinoa: Another item in Stroup's kitchen? Quinoa! "For meals, I'm big into Quinoa or rocket salad with a protein like shrimp of chicken added to it," the striking starlet says.
Blended Drinks: When indulging, the native South Carolina girl chooses blended drinks like Starbucks frappes or strawberry margaritas with salt.
"I lean towards savory instead of sweet, so the drinks seem to satisfy that little voice in my head longer than an empty Reese's cup...though I love those too!" Stroup says.
Workout Secret: The talented TV star works out with her trainer and best friend, Aaron Ribant at Equinox, to focus on strengthening her newly found core.
"We use weights on almost every exercise. Circuit training is a great way to go," Stroup says. "Keeping the reps high and the weight low, you'll tone your muscles without bulking up."
Fitness Advice: "Feel good! You know when you don't feel healthy, stop the excuses and do something. Just go outside, walk, breathe," Stroup says. "Life's too short to fall into a rut. You are in charge of you - treat yourself well and it'll show."
More on Stroup: Aside from eating healthy and exercising, Stroup always remembers to stretch. "Before and after a workout, or just whenever you feel stiff, get on the floor and stretch!" she says. "Take your time. Even if you think flexible is a foreign word, eventually you'll work it into your vocabulary."
