Unless you're in the mixed martial arts (MMA) world, you may not have heard of Gina Carano. But, take note, Carano is one fit chick worth knowing! Carano will soon make her major picture movie debut in the movie Haywire but is best known as a model and the "Face of Women's MMA," as she was formerly the No.3-ranked 145-pound female fighter in the world, according to the Unified Women's MMA Rankings.

Getting fit for a fight or the big screen is no easy task, and Carano is known for putting her all into every single workout. From traditional fighting moves like practicing her kicks and punches, Carano also works out with a trainer doing everything from running on the treadmill to doing static weight training to jumping on big oversized tires to improve her coordination and agility.

The workouts are certainly paying off, as you can see in this video of one of her workouts!
