Why We Love the Federer and Djokovic Matchup at the French Open

In what many are anticipating as one of the best tennis matches of the year, Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic are set to come head-to-head at the Roland Garros French Open semifinals today. While it's sure to be a highly physical and competitive match, when it comes to taking sides, we just can't pick one guy to root for over the other.

Here's why!

Why We Love Federer

There are so many reasons why we love Federer both on and off the court. He's a dad, he gives back to charity big time, he's got great hair, fashion icon Anna Wintour adores him, and he lists Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale as good friends. Not to mention that he's won a men's record 16 Grand Slam singles titles and plays with a quiet calm that shows both confidence and skill while being fit enough to endure 4+-hour matches. We love!

Why We Love Djokovic

Although Djokovic has only won two Grand Slam titles, we love this up-and-comer who is filled with passion and is never afraid to be himself. Confident and the ever-present jokester (some even call him "Djoker!"), Djokovic is well known for being able to impersonate almost any one on the tour, cracking fans up across the world. Combine that fun personality with aggressive play and an incredible level of fitness, and we love him, too!

We'll just have to wait and see who wins the French Open semifinal match!
