Breakfast: Oatmeal with chopped apple and soya milk
Lunch: 'Veggie Patti" sandwich from Subway
Snacks: banana, baked beans
Dinner: Stir Fry (Brown rice, tomatoes, carrots, savoy cabbage)

I lost weight! I stepped on the scale this morning and I've lost 1.2 kilos (=2.6lbs). This is so motivating to me, because at the beginning of the month I didn't lose anything for two weeks which made me give up for a bit. Which was dumb, but I'm glad to have a bit of progress now because it's boosting my motivation so much.
Today was my exercise rest day, I was so tired in the morning that it felt like a sensible thing to do. Especially after yesterday's class. I'm not sore though, for the first time after Zumba! Looking forward to Yoga tomorrow.
