Working out is simple for fitness experts, right? Not exactly. Sticking to an exercise routine is just as challenging for industry experts as it is for everyone else. That's why Geralyn Coopersmith, Director of the Equinox Fitness Training Institute, uses two simple rules to help her stay on track. First, she never goes longer than two days without doing some form of exercise unless she's sick or injured.
