This effective abs workout includes five exercises, including the Plank, V-Up, Slide Out, Russian Twist and Side Plank. If your abs workout has become too easy and you need some more variety, this program will help you find new ways to target your abs to tone your core muscles and sculpt a leaner, strong midsection that you'll want to show off.

Do 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps of each exercise, taking up to a minute to catch your breath between sets. When this workout feels easy, try the Abs Challenge!
