Here's your chance to tell us how you really feel about SHAPE's triathlon training plan.

Ohhhh-Oh! We're halfway there! Just about, anyway. Now that we've completed 5 weeks of SHAPE's 12-week triathlon training plan, I want to check in with all of you to get your thoughts/feelings/loves/hates of the program and the blog so that I can make the last 6 weeks of the program even better and more beneficial than the first. How have you been finding the workouts? Hard? Easy? Do you feel that there is a good balance of the different sports? Which one is your favorite? Personally, I am really enjoying swimming. It's such a great total-body workout. And, while I love running and biking, I don't really like doing either indoors. So when the weather is bad (like it is today), it puts a damper on my workout. But I can glide through the water of Chelsea Piers' pool rain or shine. Time-wise, do you feel that the workouts are doable or overwhelming? Now that the training distances are getting longer do you have time to fit them in before or after work? I'm still having a tough go of it getting up early in the morning, but definitely feel better-and have a more productive day-when I do, so I've been trying to remind myself of that when the alarm goes off. Do you have any questions you'd like me to ask SHAPE's triathlon coach, Scott Berlinger? Any topics (gear, transitions, race-day preparations) you'd like me to cover in upcoming blog posts?
