3 Strength Exercises from Snowboarder Elena Hight

Professional snowboarder Elena Hight, 24, shares a few of her go-to strength exercises that help keep her body strong, sculpted, and ready for competition on the slopes. Even though she won't be competing in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, there's no questions that the girl is strong and talented: The two-time Olympian debuted on the world's stage when she was just 16 years old at the Winter Games in Turin, where she placed sixth in the SuperPipe. In 2013 she was the first snowboarder, male or female, to land a double backside alley-oop rodeo in the SuperPipe competition at the X Games Aspen.
